- Measurements taken with fabric laid flat. Length measurement is to the longest point. Bust measurement is around the fullest part of the bust and shoulder blades, arms by side when measuring. Sleeve length measurement is taken from the highest point of the sleeve to the lowest point of the sleeve hem.
